They can be sent and received on the same day, 365 days a year and will be emailed directly to you, to forward on to your recipient. They can even be saved to an Apple Wallet. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.

- All orders are shipped directly from our UK warehouse within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.
- Orders received on weekdays before 13:00 GMT will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out Monday.
- The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is despatched.

Late or lost orders
When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Sense take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch - this is when Royal Mail class items as being lost.
Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail website by filling in a signature request form.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
What's your returns policy?
We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Hygiene and your and all of our customers’ safety is super important. As long as an item is still unopened, has the security seal still intact and is in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.
None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 15 and 28 days of receiving it, we'll give you an SENSE gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Returning an unwanted item?
You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items and the items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Please ensure that you include your order number in the package and send the items to:

Proof of postage
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact the carrier about your return.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
